The last area is Shearwater Pkwy, south from Timberwolf Trail
Scheduled to start and finish 10.24.25 - However, this could extend into Saturday, 10.25.25.

Residents with intentions of leaving should do so prior to the start of paving on their street. Alternatively, residents may stage their vehicles ahead of time in the guest parking areas located on Alston Drive, Rosemont Drive and Belfort Court. The Outpost and Amenity parking lots are also optional locations. Parking on Shearwater Parkway or Timberwolf Trail is prohibited.
Avoid driving on streets that are being prepared for immediate paving as the wet tack will stick to tires and driveways. Vehicles that remain parked in Driveways need to be parked in at least 3’ from the edge of the pavement, allowing room for paving equipment to pass by safely. Just one car parked in the way will cause delay and cost. Paving is a consistent flowing operation without breaks.Once paving starts, it must continue until the last truck load of each day is down. Once paving starts on your street, it may be impossible to get in or out of your driveway for up to 5 hours.
It is imperative that drivers follow the directions of the flagmen during these operations.
Residents shall not travel over fresh asphalt, unless directed to by flagmen since it can adhere to tires and cause staining to driveways and sidewalks. Adherence to this is the responsibility of every resident. The paving contractor is not responsible for any driveway staining by residents.
